PILATONE
Pilatone is a system of physical and mental exercises aiming to strengthen and tone the body, improve flexibility and coordination, reduce stress and improve sleep. Exercises are focused around the centre or core and can be adapted to suit all levels of ability and experience.

Pilatone is a fantastic fitness workout for everyone incorporating pilates moves and toning exercises. Pilatone helps to improve muscle tone, core stability, flexibility and posture, help rebuild core strength and pelvic floor control. Suitable for those recovering from injury or pregnancy, helping to reduce pain from existing injuries and preventing new ones.

Tuesday evening: 7pm @ £6 per session at Lyddington Village Hall.
Wednesday evening: 7pm @ £6 per session at Gretton Baptist Church Hall.

Pilates for Horse Riders
Good posture is key to equine performance and any weakness a rider has may manifest itself in the way the horse moves during exercise. Therefore, by looking at both the horse and rider on the ground and in work may help identify problem areas that could be corrected by using Pilates exercises to strengthen the riders body, and in turn help gain optimum performance from the horse. Horse riders also often suffer from back problems which may benefit from a regular Pilates program.

Sessions are 1 to 1 and by appointment only.

CIRCUITS
A high intensity circuit type class, designed to optimise fat burn, improve cardio and increase muscle strength. Great for overall fitness and toning the body. It's gruelling but it's fun and we motivate each other to tough it out! There is even a bit of boxing thrown in for fun!

Thursday evening: 7pm @ £6 per session at Gretton Baptist Church Hall.

BOOTCAMP SESSION
Saturday morning: 9am @ £6 per session at Home Farm Lyddington (in VIllage Hall if wet).

PERSONAL TRAINING
With a wealth of experience, the aim is to listen to my client’s requirements, perceived obstacles and constraints and provide motivational, fun, and varied programs to achieve great results!

Sessions are 1 to 1 and small groups by appointment only.
