Based in Rutland UK, Amanda's fitness programs empathise with the difficulty initiating and implementing fitness regimes and maintaining fitness levels during life’s challenges. Being over 40 I have gained experience over the years which has helped me to put together fitness regimes to suit a wide range of abilities and understand the importance of listening to individuals to help motivate them to achieve their goals.
I have always been an active person through owning, riding, competing and teaching horse riding. At school swimming, gymnastics and hockey were my main favourites and later I became a Martial arts enthusiast, participating in TaeKwonDo earlier in life. More recently by running a martial arts fitness and beginners kickboxing classes. Having completed the basic fitness qualifications, I went on to study Pilates and personal training at Level 3, picking up awards in circuit training and kettlebells along the way. Currently I am studying fitness for children and pre/postnatal exercise. I recently become a new mum (better late than never) so understand the difficulties facing returning to fitness following child birth!
